Got the stuff I ordered. Everything came in good shape.

I added 2x50g gold bars to my cart and went to check out with a SEPA transfer. When I couldn't find a way to pay via SEPA, I tried to get in touch with customer support. All they offer is this frustrating Bitgild help bot. There's absolutely no way to actually reach a person for questions—no email, no phone number, nada. Can you believe trying to make a 5,000 Euro purchase and not being able to talk to anyone about it?! I'm definitely heading somewhere else to shop.

In response to Bitgild's reply: You totally missed my main issue: the lack of a way to contact customer support. I guess there isn't one.

This is a solid company. They communicate well, and the owner responds fast to emails. Packages arrive in a discreet manner. I’d definitely suggest them. Update: If you spend over 10k€ (in one go or across multiple transactions in a year), then KYC rules kick in (you’ll have to grab an app on your phone for this).

The payment process was easy, and the shipping was just as seamless. The coin showed up in flawless condition. Everything was authentic, just like I anticipated.

The service was just awful. I ended up shelling out 30 euros for customs and another 20 euros for shipping on my order, and it took more than 10 days to even get it dispatched. But that’s not the worst part. After the item was shipped, I got a tracking code, only to find out from UPS that I had to cough up an additional 43 euros to get my gold delivered. What a rip-off! I spent nearly 90 euros in total just to have the gold not even show up.

Seriously, avoid this website at all costs.
